The offer is only applicable for new bookings made from now to 12 September 2024, existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked with this offer.
The offer is applicable to all villa categories.

Meal plan must be the same for all guests in the villa.
All-Inclusive meal plan applies from check-in time 2pm till checkout time 12noon. All charges incurred either before check-in time or after the check-out time will be charged to the guest account which needs to be settled prior to departure from the resort.
Up to 2 children, aged 5.99 years and below, sharing the same room with the adults will dine and sleep free.
Return seaplane transfers are chargeable to all guests as per the contract.
30% room rate discount and discounted meal supplement is applicable for additional guests.
The offer is combinable with Birthday, Honeymoon, Wedding Anniversary and Long stay benefits only.
Green tax USD6 per person per night is not included and it is chargeable regardless the age.
Free cancelation up to 31 days prior to the initial arrival date.
Booking cancelled 30 days and below prior to arrival will be charged 100% of full stay.
No show will be charged 100% of full stay.
