TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms form the agreement under which you will use our Site and we will supply our Tours to you. Kindly read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

By requesting us to confirm your Tour booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had sufficient opportunity to access Terms & conditions, and that you have read, accepted, and will comply with these Terms. For any queries, please contact us before using our Site or booking or joining in a Tour, by using the contact details.

1. TOUR BOOKING PROCESS

We also reserve the right to cancel a specific booking or remove a specific traveler prior to departure, at our own discretion.

Upon accepting your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you, attaching details of the Tour, our invoice. It is your responsibility to check the booking details (including, in particular, the details of your Tour) provided in the Confirmation Email before paying our invoice.

Your booking will be complete, once we receive the payment of all, the Fee in accordance with these Terms. You may not cancel your booking other than in accordance with these Terms, including our cancellation policy.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

The Fees are determined by the Tour that you have selected during the booking process and as further particularized in the Confirmation Email.

Fees are to be paid via a bank account or on arrival. You must pay the Fee in full prior to the commencement of your Tour. We may cancel your participation in the Tour if the Fee is not paid to us in full in accordance with these Terms.

Our Tour chargers may change from time to time, at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check our current Fees before you submit your booking through our Site. Once the booking is complete, we will not change the price of the Tour For the avoidance of doubt.

3. TOUR AMENDMENTS ( DATE & NAME CHANGES ADD EXTRA PERSON )

We understand that your travel plans may change. Therefore, we are flexible with changing all our tours and start dates. Written notification is a must for any changes of desired start date or tour changes prior to commencing your Tour. Your request for a start date or tour change will be subject to the availability of your desired Tour or start date. You can also move your Tour to open dated.

If you wish to change your Tour or date:

  • more than 30 days prior to the start date of your original Tour, the change will be free of charge.
  • within 30 days from the start date of the original confirmed Tour , Additional charges may apply depending on your new date . ( Ex- may be new rate for accommodations according to new dates )
  • Kindly contact us if you are unable to participate in a Tour. In certain circumstances we will allow you to transfer a Tour, or any amounts of the Fee paid by you, to another party. However, we will have no obligation to do so, and this allowance will be made at our discretion.
  • Additional person for the booked tour can be arranged with an extra charge.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure event means any event or circumstance beyond our control, including but not limited to war, the threat of war, civil strife, pandemic, terrorist activities or the threat of terrorist activities, acts of governments or local authorities, strikes, industrial disputes, demonstrations, natural disasters, unnatural disasters such as explosions or any similar event which is outside our control.

If we have to cancel or make any changes to your Tour because of a force majeure event we will offer you an alternative date or Tour, or full credit for any future travel with us. We will not be liable to refund your money or pay you compensation.

Due to unexpected circumstances or events, Tour itinerary may be changed. If we are unable to offer a particular inclusion in the Tour itinerary due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will use our best endeavors to replace it with an inclusion of equal or greater value.

5. VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Your passport should be valid 6 months at the time of booking for the duration of any Tour. It is your responsibility to have a valid visa throughout the duration of the Tour. We will not be held responsible if you are denied entry to a destination country due to an invalid passport or visa.

If you book a Tour that expressly states that we will apply for a visa on your behalf, you authorize us to prepare and lodge your visa and perform all incidental or related activities, based on the information provided by you. We do not have an impact on, and will not be liable for, the processing time or result of any visa application.

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance. Bookings will not be accepted without sufficient proof that personal policies have been arranged.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your Tour, upon full payment :

  • more than 30 days prior to the start date of the Tour, your Tour can be changed or moved free of charge. If you no longer wish to travel with us, a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the Tour will apply.
  • within 30 days to 15 days from the start date of the Tour, cancellation fee of 25% from your total invoice will be charged .
  • If you no longer wish to travel with us, a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the Tour will apply.
  • No show or early departure you will be liable to total invoice value

8. GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

  • Additional services and excursions that are optional may be provided, though for an additional charge
  • The official check-in time at all hotels is at 12:00 pm
  • The official check-out time at all hotels is at 11:00 am
  • Visits to wildlife parks will be at one’s own risk. Jeeps and such vehicles that are available here are without air conditioning and come with basic insurance covers (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles we use for our tours).
