By 4x4 jeep explore the Devils Satire case route from Ohiya side.
Reached to kalupahana through Devils Satire case and if any one wish to have a bath under water falls you can fulfill it.
Return back to Hotel and collect your baggage to proceed to Ella.
En route visit Ravana Falls & 9 arch Bridge
Check In To Ella Hotel
Dinner & Overnight stay at Ella Hotel.
DAY-4-Approx. 4 h Travelling time)
Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast proceed to visit Little Adams speak to eye witness to beautiful Ella gap.
Back to hotel & collect your baggage to proceed to Kithulgala.
En route you can see Devon & St. Claire water falls.
Check in to Kitulgala Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at Kithulgala.
DAY-5 (Approx. 3 h Travelling time)
Breakfast at Hotel in the early morning.
Proceed to White water rafting. Enjoy water rafting & Hiking with local lunch.

COLOMBO CITY TOUR
Colombo is the commercial capital and largest city of Sri Lanka. According to the Brookings Institution, Colombo has a population of 5.6 million in the metropolitan area, and 752,993 in the City proper. It is the financial center of the island and a popular tourist destination. Colombo was known to ancient traders 2,000 years ago. Famous landmarks in Colombo include Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park, Beira Lake, Colombo Racecourse, Planetarium, University of Colombo, Mount Lavinia beach, Nelum Pokuna Theatre, Colombo Lotus Tower(is being constructed) as well and the National Museum.
GEM STONE MINES & MUSEUM
Ratnapura, known as the “City of Gems,” offers a vibrant look into Sri Lanka’s gem mining culture. The streets are full of life, with people buying and selling gems at busy roadside stands, and many spots let you witness gem mining up close or even purchase stones directly. The city’s energy and deep connection to this trade make it a unique stop.
The Gemological museum gives visitors the opportunity to see the raw gemstones being cut and polished, and to learn and understand the gem industry better. Also on show are mining-related models and exhibits, other precious minerals, and rare elephant pearls taken from the Gaja Mutu Tusker.
BAMBARAKANDA FALLS
Bambarakanda Falls is the tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka. With a height of 263 m, it ranks as the 461st highest waterfall in the world. Situated in Kalupahana in the Badulla District, this waterfall is 5 km away from the A4 Highway. The waterfall was formed by Kuda Oya, which is a tributary of the Walawe River.
HORTON PLAINS
Horton Plains National Park is a national park located in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. It was established in 1988 and covers an area of 31 square kilometers. The park borders the Thotupalakanda Nature Reserve and is situated at an elevation of 2,100 to 2,300 meters. It features montane grasslands and cloud forests.
DEVIL’S STAIRCASE
Around the world, there are several natural and man-made formations known as 'the Devil's Staircase.' One of the most dangerous examples is located in Sri Lanka. This famous trail stretches 14 kilometers and features sharp zig-zag twists that are extremely steep and challenging, yet thrilling to traverse. The route begins on the Horton Plains road in the picturesque town of Ohiya and winds through tea estates, eventually leading to the Kalupahana area along the A4 Main Road, or vice versa. Alternatively, you can choose to conclude the hike near Bambarakanda Falls, which is about a kilometer before reaching Kalupahana. The Devil’s Staircase can be hiked or navigated using a 4WD vehicle, as some sections are uneven despite the trail having a reasonable width. Along the way, hikers will encounter breathtaking scenery and a variety of interesting sights.
LIPTON SEAT
The Scottish tea baron Sir Thomas Lipton used to survey his burgeoning empire from here. Lipton’s Seat is a panoramic overlooking destination in Sri lanka. Handapanagala lake, Chandrika lake, Uda Walawe lake, Wedi Hitu Kanda mountains, and also the Hambantota harbor located in the southern coastal area nd five provinces in Sri Lanka can be seen remarkably. ADISHAN BUNGALOW
St. Benedict's Monastery, also known as Adisham Bungalow, is located about 5 km from the town of Haputhale on the Haputhale-Boralanda road. Visitors can reach the monastery by private vehicle, or they can opt to take a bus and walk approximately 1 km from the nearest bus stop. Adisham Bungalow was built by Sir Thomas Villers in 1931 and was later purchased by the Sri Lankan Roman Catholic Church in 1961. It currently operates as St. Benedict's Monastery. The site is open to the public on weekends, public holidays, Poya days, and during school vacations from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Admission requires the purchase of a ticket, and only a small portion of the bungalow is accessible to visitors, as the remainder of the property functions as a monastery.
RAVANA FALLS
Ravana Falls, commonly known as Ravana Ella, is a popular sightseeing attraction in Sri Lanka and is currently ranked among the tallest waterfalls in the country.
This waterfall measures approximately 25 meters (82 feet) in height and cascades from an oval-shaped concave rock outcrop. During the wet season, the waterfall takes on a shape that resembles an areca flower with drooping petals. In contrast, during the dry season, the water flow significantly decreases. Ravana Falls is part of the Ravana Ella Wildlife Sanctuary and is located just 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from the nearest railway station in Ella.
RAVANA CAVES
The Ravana Cave is situated 2 kilometers outside of Ella town and is located 1,370 meters above sea level. It is one of the most significant tourist attractions in Ella, rich in historical value. According to legend, King Ravana used this cave to hide Princess Sita. If you're interested in Sri Lankan history and don't mind climbing some stairs to reach the cave, you should definitely visit the Ravana Cave! 9-ARCH BRIDGE
The Nine Arch Bridge, commonly known as the Bridge in the Sky, is a viaduct bridge located in Sri Lanka. It is one of the finest examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country. Designed to accommodate a challenging nine-degree curve and steep gradient, the bridge was completed in 1921. This iconic structure is perhaps the most photographed site in Ella and has become the region's top tourist attraction. Initially, the bridge served as a connection between Ella and Demodara, but over time, it has gained immense popularity among visitors.
LITTLE ADAMS PEAK
Little Adam's Peak is a popular hiking destination in Ella, Sri Lanka, known for its relatively easy trail and stunning panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and tea plantations. It is a shorter, more accessible alternative to the sacred Adam's Peak, with a round trip taking about an hour and reaching a height of 1141 meters. The best times to visit are for sunrise or sunset to avoid the heat and see the best light.
