Morning Schedule for Whale Watching Tour** -
You will be picked up early in the morning by a driver from Let’s See Asia. - Please remember to collect your breakfast packet from the hotel reception.
Proceeding to the Boat** - We will head to Mirissa harbor to board the boat for the whale watching tour.
The whale watching season runs from November to April, when the ocean is typically warm and calm.
Please note that trips do not operate in mid-May and June. From July to October, trips may run depending on weather and sea conditions.
Tour Details** - The trip will start from Mirissa around 6:00 a.m. and will last between 3 to 5 hours. - Don’t forget to bring your hat and sunglasses. **Sea Conditions** - The Indian Ocean can be unpredictable; there is often at least a light swell. If you are prone to seasickness or are going on a boat for the first time in the Indian Ocean, we recommend taking seasickness medication 1-2 hours before boarding. You can find this medication at any pharmacy in Sri Lanka.
Wildlife Viewing** - Sri Lanka is one of the best locations in the world to see Blue Whales. It is also recognized as a prime spot for viewing Sperm Whales, as well as four types of dolphins: spinner dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, striped dolphins, and Risso's dolphins.
Return** - After the tour, we will transfer back to Mirissa harbor and return to Colombo.

Pick up from the hotel early in the morning.
Transfer to Mirissa
The starting time to sail is 06.30, and it will take 3-5 hrs to complete the event.
After completion, transfer back to Colombo.

Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle from pick up in Colombo and drop off in Colombo
All transfers are on a Private basis in a comfortable, dual A/C minivan.
