Procced to Mirissa harbour to board  into Boat 

The whale watching season starts in November and ends in April. Ocean is warm and calm during these months

We do not run trips in mid-May and June. From July until October, there is a possibility of us running the trips based on the weather and sea conditions.

Trip starts from Mirissa around 6.00 morning. This tour will take 3-5 hours. Do not forget to take with you hat, Sunglasses.

The Indian Ocean is not a calm ocean. There is always at least a light swell. If you tend to get sea sick or if it is the first time for you on a boat in the Indian Ocean, we advise you to take seasick pills on the morning of the trip (about 1-2 hours BEFORE you enter the boat). You can find them in every pharmacy in Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka is one of best places in the world to see Blue whales and it is also renowned in the world as the best place to see Blue Whales and Sperm Whales & four kinds of dolphins (spinner dolphin, bottle nose dolphin, stripped dolphin, Risso's dolphin) in Mirissa.

Transfer back to Mirissa harbor & return to Colombo.
